TinySong.com is the search extension of the music sharing service Grooveshark.com.  The service allows you to search for a song or artist, then provides you with a link so you can listen to the song yourself or pass it along to your friends.

The interesting part about this TinySong and Grooveshark is that you can listed to the song in it’s entirety online.  Many similar sites will offer this same service - but for a fee.  Services like Rhapsody which charges a monthly fee or iTunes that requires you to pay on a per-song basis. More »

With over 27 million registered users, iLike.com is one of the most popular music discovery applications on the web.  Through iLike’s plugins for iTunes and Windows Media Player or widgets for Facebook, Hi5, Orkut, and Bebo, iLike’s users can discover and share music based on their current listening habits.
